Betrayal at House on the Hill has several randomised aspects to it - such as the layout of the house, the types of items that spawn and the haunts triggered - which, as is the case with many video games containing procedurally-generated elements, means that things don't always go to plan. I’m incredibly non-competitive. I prefer cooperative games or ones with a great narrative. And that’s why Betrayal at House on the Hill is one of my favorites. It’s weird, janky, poorly balanced, and one of the best times you’ll have. Where Fans Come First It’s almost Halloween in Easton and that means houses up and down College Hill begin to bring skeletons out of their closets and onto their front porches. This spooky season, I’m ranking the most ghoulishly glowing and devilishly decorated houses on the Hill.
